 1 banana (fresh or frozen, cut up)
 ½ cup frozen pineapple or other fruit (fresh or frozen, cut up)
 ½ cup Spinach and or kale (fresh or frozen)
 ¼ pt milk or water

Add liquid, frozen ingredients, greens and remaining ingredients.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more liquid as needed for desired consistency.

• Make sure banana is in pieces before blending
• Always add liquid to blender first and ensure enough liquid, so it blends ingredients without breaking blender
• Add small amount of greens and test taste, before adding more
• Use Avocado or cashews for thicker smoothie – a handful of nuts or 1/4 cup of avocado
• Can use fresh ingredients and add few ice-cubes for cold smoothie
